Goat Cheese Stuffed Plum Tomatoes Recipe

Yield: 18 stuffers

Ingredients:
9 large: Plum tomatoes,
1/4 cup: Our Thyme Garden Italian,
1/2 lbs: Goat cheese,
. Blend Oil,
1/2 cup: Fresh chives, chopped

Directions:
Cut the tomatoes in half lengthwise and scoop out all the seeds and
inner membranes. Place them upside down in a colander and allow to
drain. Place the cheese, chives and oil in a bowl and mash together
to form a smooth creamy mixture. Divide the cheese mixture evenly
among the tomato halves.

Serve as an appetizer or for the salad course.
