Hearty Burgundy Shortribs Recipe

Ingredients:
6 large: Short Ribs Of Beef,
2 tsp: Italian Herbs,
1 tbsp: Seasoned Salt,
1 cup: Burgundy,
1 tsp: Garlic Powder,
Directions:
Place ribs, fat side up, in a shallow roasting pan. Combine remaining
ingredients. Pour over ribs. Roast uncovered in a 325 F oven 2 1/2
hours. Makes 6 servings.
