Maple Syrup Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/8 cup: Maple syrup,
1 1/8 tsp: Baking powder,
1/2 cup: Butter or margarine --,
1/4 tsp: Salt,
Melted,
1/2 cup: Milk,
2: Eggs,
1/2 cup: Seedless raisins or chopped,
1 1/8 tsp: Vanilla extract,
Nuts,
3 1/8 cup: All-purpose flour,
Directions:
Cream together syrup and butter. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well.
Heat oven to 400 F. Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Add milk
and flour mixture alternately to syrup mixture. Fold in raisins or
nuts. Drop from a 5ml measure about 5 cm apart onto greased baking
sheet. Bake in 400 F oven for 10 minutes.
