Salmon Souffle~ Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup: Milk,
3 tbsp: Lemon juice,
2 tbsp: Margarine or butter, melted
2 tsp: Onion, finely chopped
4 slice: Bread, torn into pieces
1 tsp: Salt,
1 can: 15 1/2oz Salmon,
1/2 tsp: Pepper,
Drained/flaked,
Paprika,
2: Eggs, separated
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350~. Mix milk, margarine and bread; stir in salmon,
egg yolks, lemon juice, onion, salt and pepper. Beat egg whites until
stiff; fold into salmon mixture. Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart
casserole. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake, uncovered, until puffed and
golden, about 1 hour. Serves 6.
Per serving using margarine: Calories 134.6; fat 7.2g; cholesterol
