Soft Fudge Icing Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup: Sugar,
2 tbsp: Butter,
1/2 cup: Cocoa,
8 tbsp: Cream,
2: Eggs, well beaten

Directions:

Mix and cook until it forms a soft ball in cold water and until thick
