Breaded Herbed Catfish Fillets Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup: Fine, dry breadcrumbs
1/4 cup: All-purpose flour,
2 tsp: Chicken-flavored bouillon granules,
1 tsp: Dried onion flakes,
1 tsp: Paprika,
1 tsp: Dried parsley flakes,
1/2 tsp: Dried whole dillweed,
1/2 tsp: Dried whole thyme,
1/4 tsp: Garlic powder,
14 oz farm-raised Catfish fillets,
Butter-flavored vegetable cookiing spray,
Directions:
Combine first 9 ingredients. Coat fillets with cooking spray;
dredge in breadcrumb mixture. Place fillets on a broiler pan coated
with cooking spray; bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or
until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Serve immediately.
Serve with "Oven-Fried French Fries", "Oven-Fried Okra", "Oven-Fried
Green Tomatoes"; (cf).
