Brown Sauce` Recipe

Ingredients:
3 tbsp: Butter,
2 tbsp: Cornstarch,
1 small: Onion, chopped
1 tbsp: Dijon Mustard,
1 can: Beef Broth, 10 1/2 Oz Can
Directions:
Melt butter. Stir in cornstarch; add onion and cook until tender.
Stir in mustard and beef broth. Cook, stirring constantly, about 5
mins or until thickened. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
