Cajun Flank Steak Recipe

2 tsp: Dried Basil,
X salt to taste,
1 tbsp: Freshly Ground Black Pepper,
1 tsp: Cayenne Pepper,
2 tsp: Dried Thyme,
2 tsp: Paprika,
2 each: Garlic Cloves, crished
1 tbsp: Dijon Mustard,
1/4 cup: Oil,
1 1/2 lbs: Flank Steak,

CAJUN FLANK STEAK
Flank steak is an inexpensive, low-fat cut that needs to be carved
against the grain for maximum tenderness. Homemade Cajun spices add
