Cherry Tomato And Grilled Onion Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
1 large: Onion, thinly sliced
1 tbsp: Vegetable Oil,
1 pint: Red Cherry Tomatoes, stemmed
And halved,
1 pint: Yellow Cherry Tomatoes,
Stemmed and halved,

DRESSING
1 Clove: Garlic, minced
1/3 cup: Olive Oil,
1/4 cup: Wine Vinegar,
1 tbsp: Basalmic Vinegar,
2 tbsp: Italian Parsley, chopped
Salt,
Ground Pepper,

Directions:
Brown onion in vegetable oil in a large skillet. Toss with cherry
tomatoes and dressing ingredients. Serve.
