Chicken Meat Loaf Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Ground chicken,
1 cup: Crushed saltine crackers,

1/2 cup: Minced fresh onion,
1/4 cup: Water,
2 tbsp: Minced green bell pepper,
2 tbsp: Ketchup,
1 tbsp: Dijon mustard,
1 tsp: Prepared horseradish,
1/2 tsp: Paprika,
1/4 tsp: Pepper,
x Vegetable cooking spray,
PER SERVING

Directions:
Combine all the ingredients except cooking spray in a bowl, and stir
until well-blended.
Pack mixture into an 8- x 4-inch loaf pan coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until done. Cut meat loaf into
12 slices.
