Chile Salsa` Recipe

Ingredients:
5: Plum Tomatoes, Ripe --
Seeded and chopped,
1/4 cup: White Onion, chopped
1: Jalapeno, seeded and
Minced,
Or,
1 can: , (4 Oz) Chiles, Chopped
Mild, drained
1 Clove: Garlic, minced
1 tbsp: Red Wine Vinegar,
1 tbsp: Lime Juice,
1 tbsp: Olive Oil,
1 tsp: Dried Oregano,
1/4 tsp: Salt,
Directions:
1. In a medium, combine all the ingredients. Cover and refrigerate
until ready to serve, no longer than 1 day.
