Corn Oysters^ Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Green corn,
3 tbsp: Flour, sifted
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1: Egg,
1/2 cup: Milk,
Butter for frying,
Directions:
Scrape or grate corn from cob. Mix flour and salt with egg and milk
to make a batter. Stir in the corn. Drop by spoonfuls into hot butter
and fry until brown; turn over and brown other side. Serve hot.
