Country Special Beets Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup: Sour cream,
1 tbsp: Vinegar,
1 tbsp: Minced green onion,
1 tbsp: Sugar,
1 tsp: Salt,
1/8 tsp: Pepper,
4 cup: Cooked sliced beets,
Directions:
Stir sour cream, vinegar, onion, sugar, salt and pepper together.
Pour over beets in saucepan. Heat (slowly because of sour cream)
