Dorothy Flatmans Swiss Steak Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Steak,
1/4 cup: Flour,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1/2 tsp: Pepper,
2 tbsp: Oil,
1/4 cup: Onion, minced
1 each: Garlic clove, minced
1 cup: Tomatoes, mashed
3 each: Carrots, sliced
1 cup: Celery, minced
Directions:
Cut steak into serving pieces. Pound flour into each piece. Brown in
oil sprinkling with salt and pepper. Place into baking dish in one
layer. Add onion and garlic, then carrots, celery and tomatoes in
layers. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours. Dorothy Flatmans
