Favorite Summer Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
1: Pineapple, fresh
6: Apricots, halved
1: Banana, sliced
1 cup: Cantaloupe balls,
1 cup: Watermelon balls,
1 cup: Grapes, white seedless
1 cup: Coconut, flaked
16 ounce: Sour cream,
1/4 cup: Pecans, chopped
Directions:
Chill pineapple overnight. Peel and core pineapple; cut into
bite-size chunks. Combine fruit; add flaked coconut, and toss gently.
Combine sour cream and pecans; spoon over fruit. Chill at least 2
hours before serving.
