Ingredients:
4 cup: Potatoes, sliced
1 medium: Onion,
6: Hot dogs,
Flour, salt, pepper, butter
Cheese, shredded
1 1/2 cup: Hot milk,

Directions:
Arrange a layer of potatoes, onion, franks in a casserole dish.
Sprinkle with flour, salt, pepper and dot with butter. Repeat,
seasoning each layer and ending with a layer of potatoes and franks.
Cheese may be added to each layer of potatoes and franks. Cheese may
be added to each layer if desired. Add the hot milk. Cover and bake
at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover and continue baking for 15
minutes or until the top is lightly browned. Randy Rigg
