1 lbs: Sharp Cheddar Cheese --,
Grated,
1 cup: Corn Grits, uncooked
1/2 cup: Margarine,
3 tsp: Salt,
3 large: Eggs, beaten
Directions:
Cook grits according to instructions on package until smooth. Add the
cheese and margarine and cool slightly. Add salt and carefully add the
beaten eggs. Bake 1 hour in 300 F oven.
