Herman Double Chocolate Brownies Recipe

Ingredients:
3/4 cup: Butter, room temperature
1 cup: Granulated sugar,
1 cup: Packed brown sugar,
Eggs,
1/2 cup: Unsweetened cocoa,
1 1/2 cup: Flour,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1/2 cup: Herman Sourdough Starter,
1 tbsp: Vanilla,
3/4 cup: Semisweet chocolate pieces,
1/2 cup: Chopped nuts,

Directions:
In bowl of electric mixer, cream butter and sugars. Add eggs one at a
time, beating well after each. Stir dry ingredients together. Combine
starter and vanilla; add alternately with dry ingredients to sugar
mixture. Spread in greased 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2" pan. Sprinkle
chocolate and nuts on top. Bake in preheated 350F oven 30 min.
