Homemade Wine Vinegar Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup: Red/white wine,
2 cup: Red/white wine vinegar,
lg Dark colored wine bottle,
Piece of vinegar mother -,
Starter,
Directions:
Combine the wine, wine vinegar and optional mother in a large wine
or vinegar bottle. Cover the opening with cheesecloth and then let
the mixture stand in a cool, dark place for 6-8 weeks before using.
To keep the process going, withdraw no more than 1/10 at any one time.
Replace portion used with more wine. Allow to stand a week or so
before withdrawing more.
