Jellied Cranberries^ Recipe

Ingredients:
1 tbsp: Granulated gelatin,
1/4 cup: Cold water,
1 cup: Boiling water,
1/4 cup: Lemon juice,
1/8 tsp: Salt,
2/3 cup: Celery, cut fine
1 cup: Sweet cranberry sauce,
Directions:
Let gelatin stand in cold water till soft. Add boiling water, stir
till dissolved. Add lemon juice and salt; chill till thickened but
not set. Fold in celery and sauce. Dip custard cups in cold water,
pour in mixture. Chill to firm; unmold onto lettuce leaf; serve with
mayonnaise. good with chicken.
