Oven Barbecued Spareribs Recipe

Ingredients:
4: To 5 lbs Spareribs,
1/4 cup: Brown sugar,
3 tbsp: Cornstarch,
1 tsp: Salt,
1/2 cup: Ketchup,
1/4 cup: Vinegar,
13 1/2 ounce: Can Crushed pineapple,
1 tbsp: Soy sauce,
1 tbsp: Chopped fresh ginger,
Directions:
Combine all ingredients (except ribs) and cook until thickened. Pour
over browned, drained ribs. Cover; bake 1 hour or until tender.
Serves 6.
(I usually par boil the ribs and then bake them with the sauce in a
slow oven for several hours.)
