Papaya And Vegetable Salsa Recipe

Ingredients:
1 large: Papaya, peeled, seeded, - finely chopped
1 cup: Seeded tomatoes, (finely chopped)
1/2 cup: Peeled seeded cucumber, (finely chopped)
1/4 cup: Finely chopped green onion,
3 tbsp: Fresh lime juice,
1 tbsp: Chopped fresh cilantro,
1 tbsp: Seeded jalapeno chili, (finely chopped)
Low-fat tortilla chips,
Directions:
Heres a pretty and fresh-tasting salsa that is great with low-fat
tortilla chips. Celery sticks and bell pepper strips also make good,
healthful "scoops".
DIRECTIONS: Combine first 7 ingredients in medium bowl. Season to
taste with salt and pepper. (Can be prepared 4 hours ahead. Cover and
refrigerate.) Let stand at room temperature 30 minutes before
serving. Serve with tortilla chips.
Per 2-tablespoon serving: calories, 10; fat, 0; sodium, 2 mg;
cholesterol, 0
