Potato Souffle^ Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup: Hot mashed potatoes,
1/2 cup: Hot milk,
Salt & pepper,
Little nutmeg,
2: Eggs, separated
Directions:
Beat egg whites until stiff. Beat yolks well and add to potatoes
along with the seasonings. Fold in the whites, and put in a well
greased baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for about 25 minutes. (If
you have leftover cold mashed potatoes to use up, add the hot milk to
them and reheat in a double boiler and beat till smooth.
