Vierge Dressing Recipe

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cup: Extra virgin olive oil,
1/2 ounce: Coriander seeds,
1 bunch: Tarragon,
12: Black peppercorns,
4: Shallots,
2: Garlic cloves,
1 pinch: Sea Salt,
Directions:
Preparation:
Crush the coriander seeds, black peppercorns and garlic cloves. Chop
the shallots.
1. Warm the olive oil with the coriander seeds in a pan. Place the
tarragon, peppercorns, shallots, garlic and salt in a 600ml screw top
jar, then pour in the oil and coriander. Screw on the lid and leave
to marinate for one week, shaking the bottle daily.
