Ingredients:
2 quart: Meat broth,
3: Eggs, beaten
2 cup: Milk,
2 tbsp: Flour,
Salt and pepper,

Directions:
Bring broth to boiling point. Beat together the well beaten eggs,
milk and flour. Pour egg mixture gradually through a sieve into the
boiling soup. Season to taste and serve. Many of the recipes in this
collection did not contain amounts or oven temperatures. I have typed
them in as they appear in the book, typos and all.
