Whole Wheat Biscuits^ Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup: Whole wheat flour,
4 tsp: Baking powder,
1 small: Egg,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
2 tbsp: Shortening,
1 cup: Milk, about
Directions:
Sift flour, salt and baking powder together. rub in shortening; add
egg and milk and mix to a light dough. roll out on a floured board,
cut into biscuits and bake about 15 minutes in a hot oven, about 425
degrees.
