Banana Berry Nog Recipe

Ingredients:
1 each: Frozen banana, cut up
1/2 cup: Plain nonfat or soy yogurt,
3/4 cup: Fresh strawberries,
x Grated nutmeg,
Directions:
PREP TIME: 5 minutes
Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth and
creamy. Pour drink into a glass and dust with nutmeg.
PER SERVING: 133 calories; 1g fat; 7% calories from fat; 0mg
cholesterol; 2.4g fiber.
