Bananas In A Rich Coconut Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup: Coconut milk,
1 1/2 tbsp: Sugar,
Salt,
6 large: Peeled bananas,
And sliced diagonally about,
3/4: " thick,
Ice cream or whipped cream,
To serve,
Directions:

1. Heat the coconut milk in a small saucepan and add the sugar and
salt. Bring to a boil. Lower the heat and simmer for 2 minutes. 2.
Remove from the heat and stir in the banana slices. Bring back to a
boil for a few seconds to coat the bananas. Serve with ice cream or
whipped cream.
