Chocolate And Cherry Loaf Recipe

Ingredients:
1/3 cup: Light cream,
2 tbsp: Light cream,
2: Eggs,
3/4 tsp: Orange rind, grated
1/4 cup: Sugar,
1 tsp: Salt,
3 cup: Bread flour,
2 1/2 tsp: Yeast,
Prepared cherry mixture,
3/4 cup: Semisweet chocolate --,
Chopped,
Directions:
To prepare cherry mixture, soak 3/4 cup (4 oz) in 1/4 cup orange juice
overnight. Place all the ingredients except cherry mixture and
chocolate in the machine, program for basic white bread and press
start. After 33 minutes have elapsed, add the cherries with any
remaining liquid and the chocolate.
