Noodles With Fresh Vegetables Recipe

1 lbs: Whole wheat or buckwheat noodles,
4 cup: To 6 c vegetables: peppers, asparagus, broccoli, zucchini, snow peas,
Cauliflower, carrot, whatever you are allowed
2 tbsp: Olive oil,
Directions:
Steam vegetables briefly until tender-crisp. Combine with hot
noodles and olive oil.
