Pumpkin Pie {fredericksburg} Recipe

Ingredients:
1: Egg,
1 cup: Sugar,
1 tbsp: Constarch,
1 1/2 cup: Pumpkin,
1 tsp: Ginger,
1 cup: Milk,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
Directions:
Mix sugar and cornstarch and add to beaten eggs. Add the hot,
mashed pubpkin and then the milk. Mix well and pour into an unbaked
pie shell. Bake at 350
F about 35 minutes.
