Irresistible Low Fat Chocolate Brownies Recipe

Ingredients:
Vegetable cooking spray,
1 can: Eagle Brand Low Fat Sweetened Condensed Milk (14 oz, NOT evap. milk)
1/3 cup: Unsweetened cocoa,
3/4 cup: Semi-sweet chocolate chips,
4: Egg whites,
1/4 cup: Unsifted flour,
1 tsp: Baking powder,
1 tsp: Vanilla extract,

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Spray 13x9" baking pan with cooking spray. In
2-quart glass measure with handle, combine Eagle Brand Low Fat, cocoa
and chips. Cook in microwave oven on 100% power (high) 2 minutes or
until chips melt, stirring after each minute. Stir in remaining
ingredients. Turn into prepared pan. Bake 20 minutes or until center
is set. Cool. Store tightly covered at room temperature.

NOTE: Microwave ovens vary in wattage and power output; cooking times
may need to be adjusted.
