Italian Pizza Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup: Crushed Italian plum tomatoes,
1/4 cup: Onion, chopped
5: Caramelized garlic cloves,
6: Fresh basil leaves, chopped OR
1 tsp: Dried basil,
1/2 tsp: Dried oregano,
Salt to taste,
Pepper to taste,
Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a 2-quart saucepan and simmer for 4-5
minutes, stirring occasionally.
