Marinated Chevre Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Olive oil,
4: Garlic cloves,
4: Logs of Montrachet or other semisoft goat cheese, 3 oz ea
Fresh thyme sprigs,
Salt to taste,
Pepper to taste,

Directions:
Heat the oil with the garlic. When warm, pour over logs of Montrachet,
cover with sprigs of fresh thyme, salt and freshly cracked black
pepper. This chevre improves with age.

Per 1-ounce serving: 161 calories, 6 grams protein, 1 gram
carbohydrates, 27 grams fat, 8 grams saturated fat, 22 milligrams
cholesterol, 324 milligrams sodium.
