Marinated Vegetables For A Crowd Recipe

Ingredients:
Serves 50,
2 medium: Heads cauliflower,
4 bunch: Broccoli,
2 lbs: Carrots,
1 small: Bunch celery,
2 large: Green peppers,
1 large: Red pepper,
1/2 lbs: Cherry tomatoes,
1 lbs: Fresh mushroom OR 2 10oz can whole mushrooms,
2 medium: Purple onions,
2 each: 14oz cans miniature corn,
2 each: 14oz cans pitted black olives,
18 ounce: Golden Italian Dressing,
Directions:
Wash, peel, seed and cut vegetable into bite sized pieces. Combine
in a large container. Pour Italian dressing over and toss to coat.
Let stand in fridge for at least 3 hours or overnight to combine
