Mc American Vegetable Stew Recipe

Ingredients:
1: Yellow onion, chopped
1 centiliter: Garlic, crushed
1: White potato, chunked
1: Carrot, sliced
1 Stalk: celery, sliced
1: Zucchini, sliced
1/2 cup: Broccoli, chopped
1: Leek, trimmed, washed, and sliced
2 cup: Low sodium tomato sauce,
1 tbsp: Parsley flakes,
1/2 tsp: Paprika,
1/2 tsp: Basil,
1/2 tsp: Chili powder,
1/4 tsp: Dry mustard,
1/4 tsp: Cumin,
1/8 tsp: Pepper,
Directions:
Cook the onions, garlic, potato, carrot and celery in a small amount
of water in a large saucepan for 10 mins. Add the remaining
ingredients and cook over low heat until the veggies are tender,
