Mignonette Sauce - Bon Appetit Recipe

Yield: 1 cup

Ingredients:
1 cup: Raspberry vinegar*,
3 tbsp: Finely chopped shallots,

Directions:
Combine vinegar and shallots in small Season to taste with salt and
pep- per. Refrigerate until cold. (Can be prepared 1 day ahead. Keep
refrigerated.)

Used with oysters.

*Available at specialty foods stores and some supermarkets.
