Mixed Greens W/pears & Raspberries Recipe

Ingredients:
3 tbsp: Vinegar, raspberry-flavored
2 tbsp: Juice, apple
1 tbsp: Oil, olive, extra virgin
1 tbsp: Honey,
1/8 tsp: , salt
1/8 tsp: , pepper
2 cup: Spinach, torn
2 cup: Lettuce, Boston, torn
2 cup: Endive, curly, torn
2 cup: Pears, cubed (2 meduium)
1 cup: Raspberries,

Directions:
Combine the first 6 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well with a wire
whisk.

Combine spinach, lettuce, endive, pear, and raspberries in a large
bowl; toss gently. Divide salad among 6 individual plates and
drizzle with dressing.

Serving size: 1 cup salad and about 1 1/2 tablespoons dressing.
