1 cup: + 2T Water,
2 1/3 cup: White bread flour,
2 tbsp: Dry milk,
1 1/2 tsp: Salt,
2 tbsp: Butter,
1/2 cup: Rye flour,
2 tbsp: Brown sugar,
1: Egg,
2 tbsp: Instant Mocha *,
1/2 cup: Pecans, chopped
2 tsp: Yeast, fast rise or machine or -
3 tsp: Yeast, active dry
