3/4 cup: Water,
1 3/4 cup: White bread flour,
1 tbsp: Dry milk,
1 tsp: Salt,
1 1/2 tbsp: Butter,
1/4 cup: Rye flour,
1 1/2 tbsp: Brown sugar,
1: Egg,
1 tbsp: Instant mocha *,
1/4 cup: Pecans, chopped
1 tsp: Yeast, fast rise or machine or -
2 tsp: Yeast, active dry
