Nam Chim Taeng Kwa (cucumber Sauce) Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup: Vinegar, rice
1/4 cup: Water,
1/2 cup: Vinegar, white
1 tsp: Salt,
1 cup: Cucumber, peeled -- thin
Slice,
1/2 tsp: Pepper, cayenne, powder
Directions:
In a medium saucepan combine vinegars, water, salt, sugar and boil
over high heat. Let cool. Pour sauce over cucumber before service.
Garnish with cayenne powder. Serve with satay.
