Noodles And Cheese Times Three Recipe

Ingredients:
8 ounce: Egg noodles,
3 tbsp: Margarine,
1 cup: Grated Parmesan cheese,
1 cup: Swiss cheese, diced
1 cup: Mozzarella cheese, diced
WHITE SAUCE,
3 tbsp: Margarine,
3 tbsp: All-purpose flour,
1 1/4 tsp: Salt,
1/4 tsp: Black pepper,
1 3/4 tsp: Ground nutmeg,
2 1/2 cup: Milk,
Directions:
1. Bring 3 quarts water to a boil; add salt if desired. Gradually add
noodles to boiling water; keep water boiling. Cook, uncovered, for 5
minutes; stir occasionally. Drain.
2. Toss the noodles with margarine, then with Parmesan cheese. Add
cubed Swiss and mozzarella cheese and toss lightly.
3. Turn half the noodles into greased 3-quart casserole dish (or use
a 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish). Top with half the white sauce. Repeat
layers; sprinkle more grated Parmesan on top.
4. Bake in preheated 350-degree oven for 25 minutes or until bubbling.

Melt margarine in saucepan. Blend in flour and seasonings. Gradually
add milk and cook, stirring constantly, until sauce boils 1 minute.
