Oven-dried Tomato Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 lbs: Assorted field greens,
10: Dried tomatoes, chopped
1: Yellow sweet pepper, sliced and chopped
3 ounce: Large, ripe olives, whole
1/2: Cucumber, sliced
1 ounce: Pine nuts,
4 ounce: Feta cheese, crumbled

Directions:
Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl in the order
given.

grams saturated fat); 13 grams cholesterol; 44 grams carbohydrates;
14 grams protein; 1680 milligrams sodium; 218 milligrams calcium; 8
