Ground Beef In Sour Cream [1-164] Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Grd beef,
Pepper to taste,
1 cup: Chopped onions,
2 tsp: Worcestershire sauce,
3 cup: Medium noodles,
1/4 cup: Chopped green peppers,
3 cup: Tomato juice,
1 cup: Dairy sour cream,
1 tsp: Salt,
1 can: 3oz broiled mushrooms,
1 1/2 tsp: Celery salt,
Directions:

skillet. add chopped onion ; cook until tender but not brown. Place
noodles in layer over meat Combine tomato juice, salt, celery salt,
dash of pepper and worcestershire sauce; pour over noodles. Bring to
boil; cover, and simmer over low heat 20 minutes. Add chopped green
pepper. Cover and continue cooking 10 minutes or till noodles are
tender. Stir in sour cream and broiled mushrooms, drained. Heat just
