3/4 tbsp: Brown sugar,
1 tsp: Black pepper,
5 Cloves: pressed garlic,
2 1/2 tsp: Ground ginger,
1 1/2 cup: Soy sauce,
HAWAIIAN STYLE - KAULA
2 cup: Soy sauce,
3 tsp: Ginger,
1/3 cup: Salt,
4 Cloves: pressed garlic,
1 tbsp: Sugar,
2 tsp: Black pepper,
HAWAIIAN STYLE - MAUI
5 tsp: Salt,
1 tsp: Cayenne pepper,
5 tsp: Ground ginger,
6 Cloves: pressed garlic,
5 tbsp: Brown sugar,
1 1/2 cup: Pineapple juice,
1 1/2 tsp: Black pepper,
1 1/2 cup: Soy sauce,
