Kartoffel Torte (potato Cake) Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup: Sifted sugar,
1/2 tsp: Cinnamon,
1 cup: Butter,
1/2 cup: Cocoa,
4: Well-beaten eggs,
1 cup: Mashed potatoes,
2/3 cup: Sweet milk,
1 cup: Nuts,
2 cup: Flour,
1 tsp: Vanilla,
2 tsp: Baking powder,
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar; add beaten eggs. Sift dry ingredients
together 3 times and add alternately with the milk. Add potatoes,
nuts, and vanilla. Beat well, and bake in a greased and floured loaf
pan for 1 hour at 325
F.
