Liqueur & Orange Stuffing Recipe

Ingredients:
18 ounce: Package stuffing mix,
-chopped,
3/4 cup: Butter,
1/4 cup: Sabra or Grand Marnier,
1 large: Onion, finely chopped
-Orange Liqueur,
1 cup: Celery, minced
3/4 cup: Hot water,
1/2 cup: Raisins,
1: Egg, beaten
1/2 cup: Mandarin Orange Sections,

Directions:
(This recipe is for a 10-12 lb bird. Increase measurements for larger
size.) Heat butter to foam. Add onion and celery, stirring in butter
until wilted. Remove from heat and stir in stuffing, mixing along
with the raisins, chopped orange sections, liqueur, hot water and
egg. Spoon loosely into the birds chest cavity.
