No-crust Pizza Recipe

Ingredients:
1: Egg, slightly beaten
ds Pepper,
1/4 cup: Water,
1/4 cup: Chopped onion,
2 slice: Diet bread, in soft
1 lbs: Ground beef,
Crumbs,
2 ounce: Shredded mozzarella cheese,
1/2 tsp: Oregano,
1/2 cup: Pizza sauce,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
Sliced mushrooms, optional
Directions:
Combine first 7 ingredients in large bowl, and let stand 5 minutes.
Add beef; mix well. Pat into 9" pie plate to form crust. Top with
1/2 of the cheese, pizza sauce and mushrooms. Bake in 350^ oven 45
minutes. Top with remaining cheese; bake 5 minutes. Remove to serving
platter, using two spatulas. Weight Watchers: Each Serving = 2 oz.
