34 ounce: Corn, canned *1, 2 17oz can
1 tbsp: Vinegar, red wine
1 medium: Potato, diced
1 tsp: Tamari soy sauce,
1 medium: Celery rib, diced
1/4 tsp: Pepper,
1/4 cup: Green onion. chopped,
1 tbsp: Parsley, fine chopped, fresh
1/4 cup: Cottage cheese, low fat
1 package: Equal,
Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients in large bowl. Place remaining ingredients in
food processor or blender and mix until smooth.
Pour over corn mixture and toss. Chill
