Apple Icing Bread^ Recipe

Ingredients:
1 Recipe: BASIC WHOLE WHEAT,
1/2 cup: Chopped dried fruit,
BREAD,
1/2 cup: Chopped NUTS OR SEEDS,
3 cup: Apple or other fruit sauce,
1/4 cup: Coconut,

Directions:
Roll out dough 1/4" thick on oiled cookie sheet. Let raise 10 minutes.
Cover with fruit sauce then evenly sprinkle remaining items on top.
Bake at 350F. 35-40 minutes.

Variations:

Leave out nuts and seeds and spread a thin layer of EMULSIFIED PEANUT
BUTTER or HOMEMADE NUT BUTTER on the dough before the fruit sauce.

Slice 2 bananas on the dough before the fruit sauce. Source: Of These
